Poor Quality Ice?
1
Ensure the machine has been reassembled correctly after the last clean.
The spray bar, ice deflector plate, and curtain (including all flaps) must be present and correctly situated.
No Ice?

waste drain.
Ensure the pull-out air filter is clean.
Ensure there are no obstructions within 20 cm of any of the machine vents (left, middle,

- The machine will enter its ‘self-clean’ program and continue to produce ice as normal.
- The button light will extinguish once the button has been depressed for 15 seconds.
If the machine has shut down and the ‘too high temp’ light is illuminated:
- The machine must be switched off at the power socket for 30 minutes.

1. 1. Check the arm assembly hub:
Ensure it is totally free of obstructions.
The arm assembly should spin freely with no resistance.
Remove the arm assembly and clean both mating surfaces. Refit and retest.
2. 2. Check all jets are clear:
Pay particular attention to the smaller rinse jets.
The jets should be removed bi-weekly and cleaned.
Blocked rinse jets will cause:
Massive overdosage of detergent entering the machine.
Poor rinse function (shiny glasses / drying hazy).
Below safe temperatures (glassware will not be sterile).
Further significant damage to the machine.
3. 3. Check for missing jets:
Even one missing rinse jet will have a significant detrimental effect on results.
