Field service engineer

The Role

This important role within our company would suit an experienced warewashing or commercial laundry equipment engineer or a domestic / white goods engineer looking for the next steps in your career. The role is available to someone that has the “give it a go” attitude who is willing to go the extra mile for our customers. We work as a team and solely, the back up is always there if needed from colleagues. You need to be able to think for yourself and a bit out of the box. There are challenging machine problems sometimes and this requires the ability to take charge, fault find, diagnose and repair in a professional manner. You must have a passion and drive for the job.
As part of the job, you will also be expected to do site surveys, liaise with customers and office staff.
Hours are negotiable. Salary is competitive (we pay an hourly rate as we believe you should be paid fairly for every hour you work).
