We are a small family run company working from Skipton, North Yorkshire. We are a friendly, no nonsense, honest straight forward company.

When deciding on a design for this website, the one thing that we are adamant on is that prices and details could be seen by everyone, and that we don’t put an 0800 phone number on here and then direct you to a pushy sales team.  One of the most annoying things when researching something is not being able to find the information on prices and sizes, etc.  So we vowed that this website will not be like that.  Anyone that deals with us will know or soon realise this is not what we are about.

If there are any questions that can’t be answered on here, then call us , and we will do our best to alter it.  We simply have an office number and a direct line to an engineer, who can talk customers, through any faults with there machines, whether old or new.  The engineers phone number is also used for out of hours and emergency calls.

To us reputation and honesty is everything.  This is why we only sell / rent machines that we have confidence in.  We do not sell rubbish that won’t last and that we can’t recommend, service or obtain parts for easily.  We carry an extensive quantity of parts on our service vehicles, and even more at our premises.  Over the years we have built up a good amount of sources for parts that are reliable.

We are fully qualified, insured and have over 20 years valuable experience in this trade.  We will go out of our way to explain how to use, clean and generally maintain a machine.  We also aim to have an engineer on site within 24 hours of your call, this is because we know how important the working machine is to you, the customer.
